Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the security seal is intact and the garment is in its original condition.
Ship the Parcel
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.
Receive Refund
Once our studio team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
